8. PRICING Pricing is correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders if pricing is incorrect based on errors, omissions or changes to item costs.

9. WARRANTY, RETURN & REFUND POLICY Unless stated on the product listing, or specifically below, LiveFire Pty Ltd warrant all components for a period of twelve (12) months. Warranty for all components is RTB (Return to base), return postage of which is to be paid by the customer. We will repair, or at our option replace, any of the goods which in its opinion are defective because of faulty materials or workmanship. If the same item is unavailable we reserve the right to substitute with a similar item.
Refunds and returns will not be accepted on the basis of unsuitable items, wrong choice and incompatibility of any kind. It is your responsibility to ensure the items you purchase are compatible with your system(s) before you buy. Please see the manufacturer information for your items for further information on suitability / application. Whilst we endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours, some products may not have immediate availability. We will, in this instance inform you of this. LiveFire Pty Ltd will, at its sole discretion offer a refund after 10 days* (at customer request only) if we cannot supply the goods to you. This applies only to goods which have not shipped, and excludes goods which have shipped that are still in transit.
Some items we sell are covered by a manufacturer warranty and are covered directly by their manufacturer. Before you submit a warranty return request online, please check below whether your product is covered by a specific warranty. For example, certain Hard Disk Drives, Laptops etc may state longer than 12 month or "Lifetime" warranty. These warranties are covered directly by the manufacturer and are listed below.
If you have an item which you believe is faulty, please ensure you thoroughly test the item before returning! Products which are returned for faults that are tested to have no faults will be charged a $60 AUD ex. GST no fault found fee for return postage and testing costs. In this instance goods will not be returned to you until you have paid the no fault found fee.
No warranty claims will be accepted without proof of purchase. In the unlikely event that goods are to be returned for warranty, please email store@livefire.com.au regarding your issue, and an RA (Return Authorisation) form will be sent to you if required. Once you return your completed form, we will then send you an email with a return postal address, where your item will need to be sent. All returns must be returned in their original packaging if possible, or well packed so as not to sustain any damage in transit with all software and manuals included. You MUST also state the RA number on the exterior of the package clearly. Returns which do not have an R.A. number will NOT be accepted and returned at customer cost. Repaired or replacement products will be returned to you as soon as possible, and we will keep you up to date with their progress.
Under no circumstances are we able to accept software for return. Warranty is non transferable. The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to the rights and remedies to which the purchaser is entitled in respect of the goods under the Trade Practices Act and any relevant fair trading act or other consumer laws except to the extent to which such rights and remedies apply and cannot be excluded, the above warranty supersedes and excludes all representations.
10. WARRANTY ON SPECIFIC PRODUCTS All products are covered by 12 months RTB warranty with the exception of the following brands/items:
Seagate – Seagate offer 5 year warranties on most HDD products. Return on these items is to be done direct to Seagate, via www.seagate.com and lodging an online return request.
ASUS Laptops – ASUS Laptops are covered by a 2 year (1 year on batteries) on site courier pickup and return. Please use the contact details provided with your ASUS Laptop for return requests.
This list is subject to change and we reserve the right to add additional products or make changes to this list.
11. PAYMENT INFORMATION Payment terms for all online transactions are payment before delivery. The following payment methods are accepted:

Payments can be made over the counter at a St George branch, or transferable using your online or telephone banking. When making orders by direct deposit our system will generate an order number for you. Please ensure this order number is used as the description on the payment so it is easily identified. Payments made via internet banking generally take one business day to appear in our account. Sending us a copy of the transfer receipt as a reply to your order confirmation may speed up your despatch. Items will not be despatched until payment is confirmed.
Credit Card Visa, Master Card and Bank Card are accepted for your convenience. All credit card payments are made via 128-bit encryption over a SSL connection. All credit card transactions are subject to a 2.6% processing fee. In the event of a refund being requested for a paid credit card order, the total refund will be made less the 2.6% credit card fee.
Other Payment Methods Cheque, money order and other payment methods may be accepted by prior arrangement only. Please note these methods take up to 5 working days for clearance and goods will not ship until this occurs.
12. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please ensure you review our Conditions of Use above before ordering. All orders placed are subject to these and by ordering you agree to the conditions.
13. DELIVERY Customers in far regional areas or Perth or Tasmania should request confirmed freight pricing BEFORE ordering large or heavy items. Freight to these areas cannot be automatically calculated for bulky items. Please contact store@livefire.com.au for a confirmed quote.
14. COURIER & PACKING INFORMATION Almost all small to medium items are sent overnight via Australian Air Express. Larger or bulkier items (most keyboards will not fit in an overnight satchel) are sent via Star Track Express. We will ensure goods are packaged as well as possible to minimise possible damage. We do not currently ship internationally, and a pickup service is available on request from our Batemans Bay store.
15. DELIVERY ADDRESS We only ship to Australian addresses, and do not ship to P.O. Boxes. It is essential that you supply an address that someone is available at during business hours as couriers require a signature upon delivery. Couriers do not specify nor can they guarantee delivery times. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address. Failed deliveries are usually carded and sent to your local postal office or to the courier\’s warehouse. In some cases the courier may return the goods to us, in which circumstance you will be liable for a second delivery charge. Please ensure you use a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours. You will be notified when your order ships.
16. FREIGHT CHARGES Freight charges are automatically calculated as you add items to your cart. Our standard freight charges (in AUD including GST) are teir based depending on cubic size and weight:
0kg to 3kg = $15.50 3kg to 10kg = $25.00 10kg to 20kg = $35.00 Above 20kg = $35.00 + $5.00 per 3kg
To see the total delivery charge for your items, you will need to enter the cart checkout. The minimum delivery charge for any item(s) is $15.50.
17. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and goods ordered. Delivery is usually made within 1 - 7 days from payment clearance – depending on shipping destination and items ordered. Smaller items are generally sent via overnight express service – larger items such as cases and high end LCD monitors can take longer due to size and weight. Orders are processed as soon as payment is made and usually despatch within 24 hours. The following is an estimated guide for delivery times once payment has cleared:

Please allow the minimum delivery time for your area before requesting further information on your delivery status.
18. FREE DELIVERY PROMOTIONS Any free delivery promotions given apply to the items specified only by that promotion. Other items ordered which are not offered under promotion with free delivery will be charged at the applicable rate.
19. INSURANCE LiveFire Pty Ltd will accept no responsibility whatsoever for goods lost or damaged in transit. Couriers generally take good care of your items in transit. If insurance is required we suggest you contact your insurance company to ensure your goods are adequately covered.
